Virtual Symposium: Navigating USAID Partnerships and Funding
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Research Technical Assistance Center (RTAC) is pleased to share the details of our upcoming “Navigating USAID Partnerships and Funding” virtual symposium.
This activity builds on the Current Landscape of Engagement Between USAID and Historically Black Colleges and Universities report undertaken under RTAC and brings together faculty and staff who engage in globally focused-research and are interested in partnering with USAID.
OBJECTIVES
- Provide faculty and staff at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and other Minority-serving Institutions (MSIs) with information regarding USAID’s programs, initiatives, new priorities, and opportunities for partnerships with higher education institutions.
- Clarify the USAID funding process by providing faculty and staff at HBCUs and other MSIs with information on funding mechanisms, requirements, and application tips as well as the opportunity to ask technical questions about these procedures and requirements.
- Provide best practices on internationalization from experts at higher education institutions who have effectively engaged and standardize global partners.
