Originally convened in 2018, T4ECE has been promoting early childhood data and measurement in low- and middle-income countries. Since 2020, the ECD Measure Group at the University of Nebraska Medical Center has hosted T4ECE as part of USAID’s Research Technical Assistance Center, in partnership with NORC at the University of Chicago. The ECD Measure team is grateful to USAID and NORC for their support of T4ECE in its 2nd phase. This report details the activities and lessons from Phase II of Together for Early Childhood Evidence.
Please note that USAID’s Research Technical Assistance Center (RTAC) has concluded. The RTAC website will be decommissioned in the next few months. Some materials will be transferred to the NORC website and the USAID Learning Lab website in the coming weeks. However, we recommend downloading any materials you would like to preserve at this time.
